Workspace Settings

Manage your workspace name, description, and configuration from the Settings page.

Workspace Settings

The Settings page lets you manage your workspace's identity and configuration. Access it from the Settings link in the sidebar navigation.

General Settings

The General tab displays your workspace's core details.

Workspace Name

The workspace name appears in the sidebar and user menu throughout the application. To change it:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Update the Workspace Name field (max 255 characters)
  3. Click Save Changes

The new name immediately updates in the sidebar and header — no page refresh required.

Description

An optional text field (max 1000 characters) for describing the purpose of your workspace. This is useful when your organization manages multiple workspaces (e.g., "Production marketing workspace" vs "Staging test environment").

Workspace ID

A read-only identifier for your workspace. This value is set at creation time and cannot be changed. It is shown for reference and debugging purposes.

Custom Fields

The Custom Fields tab lets you define additional data fields for your profiles. See the Profiles guide for details on how custom fields work with profile data.

Saving Changes

Click Save Changes to persist your updates. The button shows Saving... while the request is in progress. A success toast notification confirms the save completed.

Changes to the workspace name are reflected across the application immediately:

  • Sidebar workspace switcher updates to show the new name
  • User menu in the header reflects the updated workspace context
